Quick Terrain Reference

A while ago, I made a quick "Guide to Terrain" for LGS use.  I printed out the various terrain descriptions on little cards that could be put next to pieces on the table, and although they haven't seen much use yet, I think they'll start being useful with the large influx of new players that we're seeing.

Since I've been working on a tournament for newer players, I've dug up the old file and posted the content up for use.  It's fairly easy to understand, and having a reference sheet on hand is always useful.  Feel free to pillage the text and use it for your own LGS.




Um, sir...no offence, but...how the hell did we end up here?

Difficult Terrain: MI, HI, TAG, REM, Motorcycles, Vehicles. You suckers only get to move half your MOV values.

Very Difficult Terrain: TAG, REM, Motorcycles, Vehicles...you guys are just out. No going through here. Everyone else gets half MOV values, except for Skirmishers, because these guys are awesome. Oh yeah, and Mechanized Deployment isn't allowed in here, because they're technically spewed out of "vehicles."

Impassible Terrain: MI, HI, TAG, REM, Motorcycles, Vehicles...not allowed. Keep out. We hate you. No Mechanized Deployment OR Combat Jump either. Everyone else, EVEN Skirmishers, have MOV restricted by half.
